I will start by appreciating the organization for the previlage to participate in the 2025 work plan, and I will like to appreciate Mr. Tony for such an incredible insight you gave us on the strategic process and procedures on how to come up with a SMART work plan for the year 2025.
Indeed the indepth knowledge gain has motivated me and has given me more courage to help me come up with something that I can claim ownership of with Regards to the work plan.
Going further, your presentation has open my eyes to understand the measures and mechanism that will be put in place to come up with a strategic development plan gearing towards upholding the vision and mission organization.
Another plus of knowledge I received was the tracking and tracing of the state of any program whether it has been implemented within the time frame allocated or not.
It was indeed an incredible knowledge acquired.
